- Provide a complete property buying process from start to finish.
- We will enter into an agreement representing the buyer.
- We will provide available properties which meet buyer's criteria for a purchase.
- We will counsel the buyer about the present market and property values.
- We will provide buyer with information about qualified properties.
- Show buyer properties while describing its attributes and drawbacks.
- Provide the buyer with all property information.
- Upon the order, we will promptly submit a offer.
- We will answer any questions pertaining to an offer or counter offer.
- Disclose known facts and provide personal opinions about the property.
- Offers will be made without regard to race, creed, sex, religion or national origin.
- We will explain the process of the offer, counter-offer and acceptance of a contract.
- Once a contract is accepted, create a timeline for all contingencies.
- Explain opening escrow and the requirements of the purchase agreement.
- We will negotiate all issues on behalf of the buyer.
- JJMC will explain the need for professional property inspections.
- Help arrange any inspections called for in a contract.
- Discuss the willingness, if any, of the seller or buyer to make repairs as reported.
- Discuss the cost of the property and the impact of the inspections.
- Confirm that needed repairs have been completed.
- Reviews the Closing Statement for accuracy.
- Congratulate the buyer!
