  1. Provide a complete property buying process from start to finish.
  2. We will enter into an agreement representing the buyer.
  3. We will provide available properties which meet buyer's criteria for a purchase.
  4. We will counsel the buyer about the present market and property values.
  5. We will provide buyer with information about qualified properties.
  6. Show buyer properties while describing its attributes and drawbacks.
  7. Provide the buyer with all property information.
  8. Upon the order, we will promptly submit a offer.
  9. We will answer any questions pertaining to an offer or counter offer.
  10. Disclose known facts and provide personal opinions about the property.
  11. Offers will be made without regard to race, creed, sex, religion or national origin.
  12. We will explain the process of the offer, counter-offer and acceptance of a contract.
  13. Once a contract is accepted, create a timeline for all contingencies.
  14. Explain opening escrow and the requirements of the purchase agreement.
  15. We will negotiate all issues on behalf of the buyer.
  16. JJMC will explain the need for professional property inspections.
  17. Help arrange any inspections called for in a contract.
  18. Discuss the willingness, if any, of the seller or buyer to make repairs as reported.
  19. Discuss the cost of the property and the impact of the inspections.
  20. Confirm that needed repairs have been completed.
  21. Reviews the Closing Statement for accuracy.
  22. Congratulate the buyer!
