- Provide a complete property selling process from start to finish.
- We will enter into an agreement representing the seller.
- We will show property to those who will meet your criteria for a sale.
- We will counsel the seller about the present market and property values.
- We will provide seller with information about qualified buyers.
- Show property while describing its attributes and drawbacks.
- Provide the seller with information about value of the property and neighboring properties.
- We will promptly discuss and submit any offers.
- We will answer any questions pertaining to an offer or counter offer.
- Disclose known facts and provide personal opinions about the buyer.
- Offers will be accepted without regard to race, creed, sex, religion or national origin.
- We will explain the process of the offer, counter-offer and acceptance of a contract to sell.
- Once a contract is accepted, create a timeline for all contingencies.
- Explain opening escrow and the requirements of the purchase agreement.
- We will negotiate all issues on behalf of the seller.
- JJMC will explain to seller any issues important to the sale.
- Help arrange any inspections called for in a contract.
- Discuss the willingness, if any, of the seller to make repairs as reported.
- Discuss the price of the property and the impact of the inspections.
- Confirm that all requirements of the contract have been completed.
- Reviews the Closing Statement for accuracy.
- Upon sale and close of escrow congratulate the seller!
